This report by London Politica’s Europe Watch will analyze the latest NATO Summit in Vilnius, its opportunities and challenges. We will see how the outcomes and its agreements are shaping the Alliance’s future in dealing with Ukraine, but also with the remaining issues on the Euro-Atlantic agenda - such as the defense burden sharing, the strategy of deterrence in the Eastern Flank or the lack of consensus on China and the Indo-Pacific.
NATO leaders met in Vilnius with the respective leaders from each county. New member Finland, Sweden, several non-NATO partner countries, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also attended the Summit.
