We operate at the intersection of diplomacy, policymaking, and corporate strategy, engaging with global leaders in government, business, and civil society. We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading operations and contributing to London Politica’s long-term growth and influence in global political risk advisory.

The Role

The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, strengthening external partnerships, and overseeing high-level decision-making processes. You will be embedded in decision-making at the highest level, influencing how we grow, and how we engage with global actors in business, government, and civil society. The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership, including the Head of Research. This role requires a high degree of adaptability and initiative, with opportunities for both independent leadership and close collaboration with the executive team.

  • Hands-on Executive: As a vital part of our small core team, we need someone who is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on day-to-day execution. One day, you might be advising the CEO on market expansion; the next, you’ll be crafting and posting London Politica’s latest LinkedIn update.
