In this report, the first produced by our recently-launched Europe Watch research program, our analysts examine the impact of the war in Ukraine on Europe’s defence industry. It will map out key stakeholders within the sector, examine the flows of military equipment to Ukraine from Europe, and assess the policies that have been implemented at both the national and EU level.
