Natasha Louis
Research Director, Africa Watch, London Politica
Natasha Louis is the Research Director of Africa Watch at London Politica. She holds a BFA in Photography and Journalism from Wayne State University and a MS in Global Affairs with a concentration in Transnational Security from New York University. Her Master’s thesis was accepted by the Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence’s annual conference in 2018 and published by the Center for UN Constitutional Research. She has produced numerous international publications while specializing in African affairs and security, including terrorism, conflict, and human rights.
Before joining London Politica, Natasha worked as a researcher and consultant for nonprofits in the US, Japan, Somalia, and Kenya. Natasha continues to produce photojournalism works and is also an avid traveller. She has lived across the US and abroad in Japan and Kenya, while also travelling to Europe, China, North Korea, and Peru.
