Extending our pro-bono coverage to all humanitarian organizations operating in Ukraine in response to President Putin’s Invasion

In the opening hours of President Putin’s multi-pronged invasion of Ukraine, 40 Ukrainian soldiers and 10 civilians have already been reported to have lost their lives. With Putin’s targeting of critical infrastructure and cities, as well as the necessary closure of civilian airlinks, a humanitarian crisis is unfolding in real time.

London Politica would like to extend its research services on a pro-bono basis to any and all international, national or Ukrainian NGOs, charities, and organizations to do their best in mitigating this humanitarian crisis and alleviate the suffering of Ukrainian civilians.

Our team of 105 analysts is able to conduct bespoke research for your organization. We have extensive experience in delivering on such projects as:

  • Stakeholder mapping – Identifying local and international partners, funding, regulations and authorities, their attendant opportunities and pitfalls for organizations hoping to work within Ukraine, Eastern Europe, or a related region.

  • Risk analysis – Helping organizations identify and navigate the series of human, operational, reputational, security, economic and political risks they will face operating in or near Ukraine, or at other international locations.

  • Macro and micro forecasting – Identifying trends and issues stemming from the Russian invasion of Ukraine on a thematic or geographic basis to highlight where resources may need to be deployed to be most effective, and/or what might exacerbate operational, financial, security, or political difficulties. We can also analyse potential crisis points to help organizations strategize mitigation mechanisms.

  • Supply-chain analysis – Identifying risks stemming directly and indirectly from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and offering a pathway to build resilience so that aid can be properly targeted and efficiently delivered.

  • Intelligence briefings – Utilizing OSINT, we aim to keep the flow of credible, factual, and unbiased information of the situation on the ground available to all those who need it. The advance of Russian forces and attendant EW, information warfare, and cyberattacks are likely to see the flow of credible information from Ukraine deteriorate just at the point when humanitarian organizations need it the most. We are doing our best to fill this expected gap.

If you are an international, national, or Ukrainian NGO, charity or organization aiming to support Ukrainian civilians, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can best support you.
