Marko Filijovic and Samuel Jardine co-author article for The Arctic Institute on Russia’s Arctic strategy, the rise of non-Arctic actors in the region, and the risks and opportunities for the West

Our Head of Research, Samuel Jardine, co-authored an Article with Marko Filijovic, a Consultant with London Politica, for The Arctic Institute exploring how a now divided Arctic, split almost 50-50 between NATO and Russia, presents new opportunities and risks for the West.
